WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Immigration Manager, EMEA. This role owns all aspects of immigration compliance and immigration service delivery in the region. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in immigration supporting various internal stakeholders through corporate and employee immigration lifecycle. This position will help lead the vision and direction of a growing program in a dynamic and constantly fluid evolving landscape.   

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with the Global Immigration Team within Talent Mobility and responsible for all immigration compliance and service delivery in the assigned region.  On a typical day you will act as regional subject matter expert supporting human resources business partners,  employee managers, and business needs related to complex and high-level immigration matters; providing vendor oversight within the region; raising escalations and exceptions for handling with legal counsel; and managing and overseeing all regional immigration audits as well as serving as the designated point of contact with local authorities on immigration matters for the company.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This is the Nike matrix: You will be reporting to the Director, Global Immigration and working closely with other members of the Global Immigration Team as well as the broader Talent Mobility regional team.  Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with partners in Legal, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition. 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong related immigration experience either in-house or external

  • Legal background preferred

  • Experience working in a matrix environment

  • Ability to influence all levels of leadership and lead industry-transforming practices across all vendors

  • Ability to collaborate and share knowledge effectively across multiple functions

  • Ability to offer appropriate solutions that balance business needs and compliance

  • Ability to present sophisticated technical information in a concise manner to key partners.
