As Senior Content Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building Trustmi’s content strategy and elevating our brand voice. This role is pivotal in developing thought leadership, educating our audience, and driving engagement across multiple channels. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll own the creation and distribution of high-impact content that resonates with our target personas, including CISOs, CFOs, and other decision-makers.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and subject matter experts to craft compelling narratives that highlight Trustmi’s innovative solutions and leadership in the payment security space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Trustmi’s business goals and target audience needs.
  • Content Creation: Write and produce a variety of content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, webinars, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Thought Leadership: Partner with internal experts and leadership to create insightful, research-backed content that positions Trustmi as a leader in payment fraud prevention.
  • Persona Development: Tailor content for specific personas such as CISOs, CFOs, and AP/Treasury professionals, addressing their unique challenges and pain points.
  • SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for SEO and measure performance using analytics to continuously refine content strategies and drive results.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the demand generation team to align content with campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a unified and consistent message across all touchpoints.
  • Content Calendar: Manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content types.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and impactful narratives.
  • Experience developing thought leadership content for executive-level audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools to drive organic traffic.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure content performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for solving complex challenges and making a difference in cybersecurity and fraud prevention.
