Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks and scripts.
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to ensure test coverage for new and existing features.
Write, execute, and maintain automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with the development team.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide detailed reports on testing progress and results.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Continuously improve the automation process by identifying opportunities for optimization and adopting best practices.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the development workflow.
Stay up-to-date with emerging test automation tools, frameworks, and trends, and implement them as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, and at least 3 years of experience in software test automation.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with Selenium.
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Java, or C#.
Experience testing REST APIs and using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
Desirable Experience and Knowledge:
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
Experience testing applications in cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to SaaS and multi-tenant application testing.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with test data management and mocking tools.
Exposure to behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow.

Compensation
For roles with compensation ranges:
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the monthly base salary range for this position is 258,600 - 387,900 RON, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
