Job description

 We are looking for a skilled System Analyst / Integration Manager to join the Asquad team and drive seamless API integrations while ensuring high-quality technical documentation and collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities:


- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of technical documentation.
- Work with API integrations and conduct testing using Postman.
- Create and interpret UML diagrams and model business processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure seamless coordination between technical and business teams (developers, QA, DevOps, and business units).
- Test integrations and resolve internal development bottlenecks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and external providers.

Requirements:

- 
1-2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Integration Manager, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and technical documentation lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in API integrations and Postman testing.
- Strong knowledge of UML diagrams, business process modeling, and SDLC.
- Experience in testing integrations and resolving issues within development teams.
- Understanding of payment systems, PSP integrations, banks, and acquirers.
- Proven ability to coordinate technical and business teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- English level: Intermediate+.

Nice to Have:

- 
Experience in monitoring integrations and ensuring production stability.
- Background in product companies with multiple integrations or complex systems.
