Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Specialist to support day-to-day operations, system maintenance, and process optimization within NetSuite. The ideal candidate will assist with financial processes, sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders while also providing training and support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing NetSuite operations, including product management, sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Upload and reconcile bank statements within NetSuite.
  • Support finance and accounting teams with record-to-report activities, including journal entries, period close checklists, and intercompany account management.
  • Verify and validate accounting setups, ensuring compliance with internal controls and best practices.
  • Provide user support and training on NetSuite processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system usage and identify process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with NetSuite support as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of workflows, best practices, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and period close procedures.
  • Experience handling sales orders, invoicing, and purchase order management.
  • Proficiency in bank reconciliation and financial reporting within NetSuite.
  • Ability to train and support users on NetSuite functionality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld or intercompany transactions.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow customization in NetSuite.
  • Background in finance, accounting, or IT-related fields.
