We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage and oversee human resources operations across our European region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EU labor laws and HR best practices to support recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and general HR functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment and Selection:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Collaborating with line managers to understand their staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies.
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices in hiring and selection.
Employee Relations:
Handling employee relations matters and acting as a point of contact for employees' questions, concerns, and grievances.
Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Mediating and resolving conflicts between employees, promoting positive work environments, and fostering employee engagement.
Performance Management:
Assisting in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
Supporting managers in addressing performance issues, providing coaching, and developing performance improvement plans.
Identifying training and development needs, coordinating training programs, and monitoring their effectiveness.
Compensation and Benefits:
Managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, Flexi-fit program, pensions, and leave entitlements.
Conducting salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Administering payroll and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Ensuring adherence to legal requirements related to employment contracts, data protection, health and safety, and other relevant regulations.
Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and proactively implementing necessary adjustments.
HR Administration:
Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction, orientation, and exit interviews.
Assisting with HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Supporting HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, talent management, and organizational development efforts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Social Media:
Developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance employer branding, attract top talent, and engage with current employees.
Creating and curating content for social media platforms, including job postings, company updates, employee spotlights, and other relevant HR-related content.
Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Leveraging social media platforms to build networks, establish relationships with industry professionals, and stay updated on HR trends and best practices
Health & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Assisting in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
Conducting risk assessments and regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
Investigating and reporting workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Coordinating facility-related tasks on Act including office maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to facilities, such as accessibility and fire safety.
