We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who enjoys getting involved with Design activities. You will be in a strategic position, working closely with our client, being the focal point of UI/UX activities but also being in daily contact with our development team.

Your mission and responsibilities:

- As a member of a multidisciplinary squad (business, technology, and analytics), you will use your skills to help identify problems and propose solutions.

- Transform complex problems into intuitive and easy-to-use experiences, aligning customer needs with business objectives.

- Collaborate with development teams and product leads to create and track hypotheses, prioritizing the implementation of low-risk opportunities.

- Assisting in conducting concept tests, usability tests, and discovery research.

- Creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Creating final UI deliverables (icons, images, screens).

- Facilitate co-creation sessions with multiple stakeholders.

- Information architecture, usability, and interaction design.

Must have:

- Experience with frontend development (CSS and Javascript).

- Experience with Figma.

- Ability to connect Design, development and Business strategy.

- Autonomy and proactivity to be the client's focal point about UI/UX.

- Proficiency in Figma.

- Fluent English skills.

- Fluent Spanish skills.
