About the Role:

We’re seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll help turn data into useful insights to guide decision-making across the business. You’ll work with different teams to understand their needed data and create reports and dashboards highlighting key trends and performance. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of data analysis and BI tools and a passion for making data easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine data to find trends, patterns, and insights that help improve business decisions.
Build and manage reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Work closely with teams like marketing, finance, and operations to understand their data needs.
Clean and prepare data to ensure it’s accurate and reliable for reporting.
Create forecasts and models to help the business plan for the future.
Present findings in clear, easy-to-understand reports and visualisations.
Help track important business metrics and performance indicators.
Look for ways to automate and simplify data processes for greater efficiency.
Support ad-hoc data requests from different teams.
Ensure data is handled securely and in line with privacy rules (e.g., GDPR).
Continuously improve BI tools and processes to make data analysis easier.

Key Skills & Qualities:

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and good Excel skills.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Solid understanding of data, and how to extract and adjust it for analysis.
Ability to turn complex data into clear reports and dashboards.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience creating reports that are easy to understand and useful to others.
Able to communicate technical data only.
A team player who can work with others to understand their data needs.
Interested in learning new BI tools and staying up-to-date with best practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of data privacy rules and how to handle sensitive information.

Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
