On a typical day, you might:

• Provide correspondence and administrative assistance to the assigned Regional Vice President in a timely manner.
• Handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in preparation of informational reports and special projects as requested by the Regional Vice President.
• Apply organizational skills to provide administrative support for departmental goals and initiatives.
• Prepare, process, and review oral and written material.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the Regional Vice President and receive incoming phone calls through the Call Center for the Regional Vice President.
• Provide administrative, clerical or custodial oversight or action to resolve day-to-day issues.

Qualifications: 

Education: 
High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Education: Associate degree

Experience: 
Experience in assisting a senior executive and two (2) years of clerical and office management experience. OR

Equivalent combination of education/experience.

License/Certification: 
Notary Public is required.
 Must have a valid driver’s license

Location:
 Remote in North Carolina with offices in Beulaville or Lumberton NC 
 Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status. 
 Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
