This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during business hours, 9 AM – 5 PM Georgia (EST) | 10 PM – 6 AM Manila Time

Number of paid working hours per week: 40 hours

We’re looking for a Marketing and Events Assistant to help manage social media and coordinate events for our client. This role offers hands-on experience with top marketing tools and platforms while contributing to exciting campaigns. Responsibilities:
  • Implement engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create and schedule compelling content to drive engagement and achieve client goals.
  • Manage and update website content using content management systems.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events using event management platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Maintain organized documentation of social media calendars and event schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in website content management systems (GoDaddy experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with event planning platforms such as JotForm and SimpleTix.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Metricool knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital trends.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
