Role Overview:
We seek exceptional sales professionals to lead and enhance our sales efforts for our executive programs. Candidates must have a proven track record of driving revenue and closing deals independently. As a full-time Sales Manager or High Sales Revenue Performer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers. Your contributions will be vital in expanding our client base and boosting revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase revenue.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance and achievement of sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and promotional efforts.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report key metrics to leadership.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or high-performing sales professional with a strong revenue generation background.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in personal sales revenue.
Ability to sell and close deals independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer needs.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
