With two global locations, Cludo is excited to hire a Technical Support Specialist based in CST time zone or close to it.

 

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is comfortable working with both customers and a little bit of code. This role is a mix of problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical guidance, requiring someone who can work closely with customers to resolve technical issues while also collaborating with internal teams to improve our platform.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Cludo’s search solutions, assisting customers with implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and C#.
  • Participate in incident response and service monitoring efforts.
  • Assist with search optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility challenges.
  • Work with business platforms like Zendesk, Teams, and Jira to manage and track support tickets.
  • Communicate effectively in fluent English, ensuring clear explanations and documentation.
  • Contribute to knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal documentation to improve self-service support.

What You Need to Succeed (Must-Haves)

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript.
  • Strong soft skills and communication, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • technical background—whether through education, experience, or self-learning.

What Would Make You Stand Out (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience working with GitHub, API integrations, XPath, or JSONPath.
  • Experience with C#, backend - frontend communications through APIs and other SaaS areas.
  • Understanding of search optimization, indexing of web content, and structured data.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting with browser DevTools.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Teams, and Jira, or similar business platforms.
