The role
ML Engineers/ Data Scientists have diverse experience across traditional and modern AI. Data Scientists are capable of creating various machine learning-based tools or processes. Data scientists utilize their analytical, statistical, and programming skills to analyze and interpret large data sets to develop AI-powered data-driven solutions to difficult business challenges
As an Infrastructure ML Engineers in our infrastructure department, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our university-focused educational platform through the development and maintenance of innovative ML implementations. Working closely with our technical and business teams, you will be working together to augment the intelligence and functionality inside of our higher education platform. Your responsibilities include analysing and interpreting large data sets to develop AI-powered data-driven solutions to difficult business challenges. Additionally, you'll contribute to the refinement of our internal strategy and documentation to further augment our ML capabilities
Role responsibilities:
· Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and systems that can scale and support business objectives.
· Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
· Deploy machine learning models to production environments using cloud services (GCP)
· Integrate models into existing applications and services through APIs and microservices.
· Develop and fine-tune NLP models for tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition (NER), topic modeling, or question-answering.
· Design and implement recommendation algorithms, including collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid approaches.
· Work closely with product teams to align ML models with business goals.
Key skills and experience:
· Substantial experience working with Machine Learning or NLP solutions.
· Sound knowledge and experience in Natural Language Processing and Recommendation systems.
· Experience working with Spacy
· Hands-on experience with statistical tools like python, pandas, numpy.
· Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch, keras.
· Familiarity with Cloud platforms like GCP(Preferred).
· Familiarity with development and deployment of ML models on Cloud Infrastructures.
· Experience working with end-to-end MLOPs pipelines in a cloud environment.
· A never-ending curiosity to keep exploring new solutions and innovative systems.
