Job Description:
We are seeking a Medical Biller to support with verifying medical bill balances, sending emails, handling faxes, making outgoing calls, and coordinating with hospitals and facilities. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, confident, and highly attentive to detail. Experience in medical billing or invoicing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify patient information and insurance coverage.
Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies promptly and accurately.
Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any billing discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with patients and insurance providers regarding billing inquiries.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
Previous experience in medical billing or coding is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT), and insurance processes.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in using billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
