Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP A2R (Acquire to Retire) Consultant with 4-8 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions within the asset management lifecycle. The ideal candidate will drive efficient solutions for the entire asset management process, from acquisition to retirement, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP A2R modules (Asset Accounting, Asset Management, and related functionalities).
Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP solutions for asset acquisition, management, and retirement processes.
Configure and test SAP A2R solutions to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate A2R with other SAP modules like FICO and MM.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of A2R processes.
Work remotely, maintaining effective communication with global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in SAP A2R/Asset Accounting (AA) implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of asset management, depreciation, capitalization, and retirement processes.
Experience with SAP integration with other modules, particularly FICO and MM.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
