Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP R2D (Record to Decide) Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions for financial accounting and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will help streamline financial record-keeping, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SAP R2D processes (General Ledger, Financial Accounting, and Reporting).
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and support the reporting of financial data for decision-making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and optimize financial processes in SAP.
Provide expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis within SAP.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate R2D with other SAP modules like FICO, MM, and SD.
Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Conduct training and documentation for end-users.
Work remotely while collaborating with teams across different time zones.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in SAP R2D/Financial Accounting (FI) implementation and support.
Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and decision-making processes in SAP.
Experience with SAP integration across modules, particularly FICO, MM, and SD.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
