Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) Virtual Opportunities in California
We are currently hiring experienced Mental Health Therapists, including LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs, to provide virtual care to clients across California. Take your career to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Position Type: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver online therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, incorporating evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Provide intervention for clients in mental health crises.
• Ensure all client records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
• Coordinate with other professionals to improve care quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health care.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California or eligibility.
• Proven experience in providing counseling services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
