Jobrain is seeking Freelance Recruiters to join our growing AI-driven recruitment platform. As a recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting job seekers with top-tier opportunities while leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline candidate evaluation and job matching.

This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours, allowing you to work independently while earning commissions and platform-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on AI-assisted job matching.
Work closely with hiring managers and companies to understand job requirements.
Use Jobrain’s AI-powered tools to optimize candidate selection and improve hiring efficiency.
Engage with candidates, conducting interviews and providing feedback on applications.
Contribute to Jobrain’s Recruiter Points & Leveling System by actively participating in candidate evaluations and placements.
Collaborate with consultants and career advisors on high-potential candidates.

Requirements

Experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (1+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of candidate evaluation, job matching, and sourcing strategies.
Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
Interest in leveraging AI and data-driven recruitment tools to enhance hiring efficiency.
