Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview
:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound calls and book appointments for our technicians. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, positive, and confident in overcoming objections related to pricing, scheduling, and customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer customer inquiries with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Book Appointments: Schedule service appointments efficiently and maximize calendar availability.
  • Overcome Customer Objections: Confidently address pricing concerns, scheduling issues, and customer demands with persuasive solutions.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in every interaction.
  • Utilize Service Titan: Manage appointments, customer details, and service requests using the companys CRM system.


Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Previous CSR Experience: At least 1-2 years in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English with little to no accent preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to navigate difficult customer conversations and find solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Service Titan or similar CRM software.
  • Previous CSR Training: Any formal training in customer service is a plus.
