As a Technical Steward Lead, you'll be responsible for maintaining, improving, and innovating our processes, ensuring they meet all regulations and business goals. This includes coordinating leading and developing a team to provide expert knowledge in pharmaceutical technology with aim to be efficient, effective and to incorporate “best in class” technologies.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and developing the expert knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and equipment within the department, keeping up to date with the latest developments and introducing new technologies into processes.
  • Responsibility for the projects of continuous improvements on equipment and processes, participation in the selection of new equipment and its optimal utilization.
  • Responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of high-quality standards related to equipment and processes and providing support needed during internal and external audits.
  • Participation in the management of complex technological issues related to equipment and processes.
  • Responsibility for timely and professional execution of all the activities related to changes on equipment and processes, and active participation in the introduction / qualification of new equipment.
  • Providing appropriate professional support for cross-site transfers in area of equipment GAP assessment, implementation of raw materials and consumables, definition of SIP & CIP qualification principles and preparation of complex risk assessments (L&E..).
  • Cooperation with the technical development function, other sites, and global functions for easier transfer of technical skills.
  • Acting as the responsible person for the training program in the respective area, and providing training programs needed and acting as mentor for new associates.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Min. University-level degree (pharmacy, chemistry or other equivalent natural science degree).
  • Minimum 4 years of appropriate working experience in pharmaceutical production or development preferred in production of Biologics.
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of local language is not mandatory.
