Sone India Group Of Industries is seeking a dedicated Automation Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This mid-level, full-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely and requires a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The job location can be in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, or Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and automation.
Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience in sales related to automated solutions (Mandatory skill)
Strong background in automation technologies and products (Mandatory skill)
Possess technical knowledge relevant to electrical/electronics sectors, enabling effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in customer relationship management with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly
Skilled negotiator capable of balancing company and customer needs to close deals
Effective presentation skills to convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in need of automation solutions within the specified regions
Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs and technical requirements
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely delivery and implementation of solutions
Conduct technical consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable automation solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management to track performance and strategize for growth
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
