Responsibilities
Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. This includes utilizing various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
Job Posting: Create compelling and accurate job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, company website, and other appropriate platforms. Optimize job postings for search engines (SEO) to maximize visibility.
Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications. Conduct initial screening interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilize appropriate assessment tools as needed.
Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback. Manage the interview process, including sending interview confirmations, gathering feedback, and communicating with candidates throughout the process.
Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on the status of open requisitions and candidate pipelines. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating background checks, preparing offer letters, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
Reporting & Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
