Are you an experienced commercial real estate attorney who has practiced at a sophisticated corporate law firm or in-house? Would you like the opportunity to work 40, 30 or even 25 hours a week while maintaining the sophistication of your current real estate practice? Requirements for the Commercial Real Estate Attorney:

3-20+ years of commercial real estate experience
Experience should include some combination of commercial acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, landlord/tenant matters (residential and commercial), and title and survey review
J.D. from an accredited law school
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
Active member of a state bar in good standing
