Job Overview

TIG Risk Services is a well-established national investigative firm based in Destin, Florida, with over 23 years of experience serving the insurance, government, and legal sectors. We are currently seeking a skilled Private Investigator in the Modesto area who holds a valid California PI license. This role involves conducting surveillance operations pertaining to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability claims.

Key Responsibilities

Perform surveillance related to various insurance claims
Conduct thorough activity checks and background investigations
Prepare detailed reports summarizing surveillance findings
Take statements and carry out scene inspections as needed
Collaborate effectively with insurance and legal professionals to deliver comprehensive investigative services

Required Skills

A minimum of two years of experience in surveillance or related investigative roles
Proficient in report writing and strong verbal communication skills
Ability to carry out both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments
Comfort with conducting pretext investigations
Possession of a valid PI License in California

Qualifications

At least two years of relevant surveillance experience
Familiarity with SIU-related functions is preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
