Calling all Freshers! Vrcyn is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR Trainee. This is a 45-day program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in the HR field.
Here's What You Can Expect
Gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions.
Learn from experienced professionals and mentors.
Develop a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
After successful completion of the program, you'll be eligible for a full-time HR position with a competitive salary package ranging from 7,000 to 20,000 per month, along with WFH benefits.
Please note: The trainee program is unpaid for the initial 45 days. However, it's a fantastic opportunity to launch your HR career with a leading company.
Qualifications And Skills
Human Resources (HR) knowledge
Effective communication skills
Proficiency in English language
Basic understanding of hiring processes
Interest in HR as a Trainee role
Desire to learn and develop in Training And Development (HR) field
Roles And Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding activities
Support HR team in employee relations and performance management tasks
Contribute to training and development programs
Assist in HR administrative tasks and documentation
