About The Role
As the Medical Education (ME) Program Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting high-quality training and education outcomes within the National Medical Education team at RACGP. Reporting to the National Medical Education Manager, you will lead program and project management initiatives, focusing on remote supervision and training pipeline activities across Australia.
As our ME Program Lead, you'll also:
lead the growth and implementation of the Remote Supervision Program to support GP training in underserved areas.
collaborate with regional teams, training coordinators, medical educators, and supervisors to ensure seamless program delivery.
manage program risks, reporting, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
provide project management leadership for emerging medical education programs and initiatives.
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in medical education and GP training.
