What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Management Expert for IT Processes & Quality team. The successful candidate will be focused on supporting the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT processes and quality initiatives. This position works closely with team leads, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, adherence to standards, and successful delivery of process and quality objectives.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following:


Process Execution & Monitoring:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT processes, ensuring compliance with established standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO).
  • Monitor key process workflows, identifying bottlenecks or deviations, and escalating as needed.
  • Support periodic audits to ensure adherence to process and quality benchmarks.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes, procedures, and quality frameworks.
  • Create and distribute reports on process performance metrics and quality outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal reviews and stakeholder updates.


Quality Assurance Support:

  • Assist in the execution of quality assurance checks and reviews.
  • Track and document quality issues, helping to resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Support training initiatives to promote adherence to quality standards.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Track improvement initiatives within the organization in order to assure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Support & monitor the implementation of process changes and quality improvements.


What qualifications you should have

8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Service Management

  • Proficiency in German, English, and Hungarian, both written and spoken
  • University or college degree
  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following ITIL core processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset & Configuration Management, Service Catalogue Management, ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process-oriented approach, independent, accurate, and reliable work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proactive and initiative-driven personality


What qualifications would be nice to have

  • Experience & expertise in IT Service Management tools, most preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience in working in an international matrix organization
