Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Sydney! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!
We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.
The Role
Attend various locations, predominantly within Sydney metro and a proportion of work across Greater Sydney and NSW;
Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E);
Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
