About This Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee drop shipping operations, inventory tracking across multiple platforms, and order flow management. This role requires hands-on experience managing eCommerce product catalogs, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth order processing across multiple sales channels.

The ideal candidate has experience working with DTC brands and is skilled in dropshipping management, inventory coordination, demand forecasting, and advanced data tracking in Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drop shipping & Product Listing Management:

• Oversee order processing and inventory management across non-Shopify channels (Mirakl, Cymbio, Amazon, etc.).
• Track inventory levels across platforms and ensure stock availability for active product listings.
• Identify and prevent stock outs, over-ordering, and inventory discrepancies across multiple sales channels.
• Optimize product listings, update catalogs, and resolve order issues in real time.
• Analyze sales trends and demand forecasting to ensure the right stock levels are maintained.

Logistics Support:

• Coordinate inbound shipping tasks, including customs clearance, invoice organization, delivery schedules, and payment tracking.
• Oversee outbound shipping tasks, handle day-to-day issue resolution with 3PL providers, and organize bills.
• Act as the communication link between product, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth processes and proactive updates.

Product & Data Organization:

• Support ad-hoc product tasks, including organizing data and facilitating communication between internal teams and external vendors and contract manufacturers.
• Manage data across platforms to ensure accurate inventory counts, pricing, and SKU tracking.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central
• Excel/Google Sheets (Advanced Level)
• Mirakl/Cymbio (preferred)
• Dropshipping/EDI software experience (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen.
• At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience
• At least 3-5 years of experience managing drop shipping and multi-platform inventory.
• Strong background in DTC brands and eCommerce operations
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong expertise in advanced formulas such as ImportRange, ArrayFormula, and VLOOKUP.
• Confident in managing complex data tasks and maintaining detailed spreadsheets
• Experience in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) management is highly preferred.
