Job Overview
CNR EdTech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Training and Placement. As a key member of our team, you will work to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our training programs and help place them in suitable positions. The role is open to freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience and offers a full-time, remote, and contract employment type. The job location includes Madanapalle, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
Qualifications And Skills
Recruitment (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in sourcing qualified candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking
Strong interviewing skills to effectively screen and evaluate potential candidates
Ability to perform thorough candidate assessments to ensure the right fit for our programs
Experience in building and managing a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs
Knowledge of employer branding strategies to attract top talent
Excellent negotiation skills to handle offer stages and ensure smooth onboarding
Understanding of onboarding processes to facilitate new hires' integration into the organization
Roles And Responsibilities
Conduct sourcing activities to find and attract candidates for our training and placement programs
Screen resumes and application forms, conduct interviews, and perform background checks
Assess candidates' skills and qualifications to align them with appropriate training programs and job opportunities
Maintain and manage a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with department heads to understand recruiting strategies and execute them efficiently
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to engage and attract potential candidates
Negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are equipped for success
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and maintain recruitment databases
