Identify and attract new freelance talent for various projects within the organization
Screen potential candidates and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with team leads to understand specific hiring needs and requirements
Maintain a database of candidate information and monitor the hiring pipeline
Assist in the onboarding process for new freelancers
Provide regular updates and reports on the status of hiring activities
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events to promote the company
