As part of our team, you’ll join a close-knit group of 50+ remote professionals working across the globe, including in the Philippines, Pakistan, India, the United States, and Canada. Since 2012, our team has gone far, wide, and deep to build a mountain of original vehicle data, carefully organized into a variety of products for consumers and businesses across the United States and Canada.
About the role:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to play a key role in connecting our development and operational teams, driving the smooth and successful execution of projects. This role involves project planning, management, technical troubleshooting, and fostering clear communication across teams.
Core Hours and Benefits:
Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm US Pacific Time
Additional Hours: Saturday - Sunday, Up to 4 hours/day
Base Salary: PHP PHP 70,000- PHP 95,000 per month depending on experience
Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares
Additional Benefits: Equipment Funds, Health Coverage, Paid Holidays & Leave Days

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Analysis and Planning:
Review and analyze development and non-development projects.
Break down projects into manageable milestones and tasks.
Create detailed task descriptions, including background, objectives, assignees, and due dates.
Project Management and Execution:
Assign and delegate tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and maintain high quality standards.
Provide consistent focus and organization to the project workflow.
Manage the flow of issues across developers and support, proactively learning about our systems.
Analysis and Debugging:
Conduct analysis and debugging to identify and fix affected systems for each task.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of system specifications including APIs and databases.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintain open and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Technical project management.
Tools: Proficiency in ClickUp or similar task management tools.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Reliability: Detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong focus on task follow-through.
Other preferred requirements:
Technical Skills: Strong technical background in development and programming.
