Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Argentina, Brazil, and the USA, acting as the primary liaison for stakeholders.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Lead and motivate development teams, ensuring clarity in roles and expectations.
Maintain continuous communication with US-based clients, providing regular status updates and resolving conflicts.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly.
Track project expenses and monitor progress against budget and timeline.
Evaluate and refine project management processes, promoting best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience of 5+ years managing software development projects, preferably in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with geographically diverse teams.
Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and relevant project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Basic technical knowledge in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java) and development tools (Git, Docker).
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient English communication skills are essential; Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a considerable asset.
