Job description

Technology has moved from the realm of science fiction to everyday reality, where business is conducted and individuals live their lives digitally – and globally. To solve clients’ business challenges from the explosion of data and emergent technologies in the workplace, Littler’s eDiscovery lawyers focus only on eDiscovery, pushing the limits of innovation to provide enhanced value. They marry technology skills, litigation experience, and deep subject matter knowledge to bring forward-thinking solutions to the technical and legal aspects of eDiscovery. Leadership roles in industry organizations have also provided them the opportunity to transform the field. We are seeking to expand our team with an experienced litigator who has a minimum of 3 - 5 years of eDiscovery litigation experience, including preservation strategies, briefing, arguing motions, meet and confers, working with experts and counseling clients. The ability to explain technology and legal concepts to non-technical lawyers is also important. Relevant industry affiliations or labor and employment experience are a plus.

The position can be resident in the following of Littler’s California offices: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Walnut Creek, or Littler’s Las Vegas, Phoenix, Seattle or Portland offices. Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state in which they are resident. Under California regulation, if this position is performed in California, the salary range is $240,000 to $280,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education. Pursuant to Washington regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $195,000 to $220,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
