This position will start remotely and later transition to an office-based role in Egypt as we continue to strengthen our local presence.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will play an integral role in designing and implementing strategies that enhance DB Investing’s digital footprint and customer engagement. Your primary duties will include:

Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Performance & Data Analysis: Track and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI, using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools for insights.
CRO & Landing Page Optimization: Implement A/B testing and data-driven strategies to enhance landing pages and user experience.
SEO & Keyword Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and traffic.
Technical Ad Setup & Tracking: Configure and manage tracking systems across social media and Google tools for accurate performance measurement.
Reporting & Budget Management: Generate reports on campaign success, optimize ad spend, and allocate resources efficiently.
Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital advertising technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Creative Collaboration: Work with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages that align with audience preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in digital advertising within forex, trading, or financial services.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
Strong data analysis and campaign optimization skills (CTR, CPA, ROI).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and remarketing strategies.
Expertise in tracking, ad setup, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and later adapt to an office-based environment.
