Job description

Position: AU Commercial Property Administrator

Location: Central Luzon

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift

Your Role

As an AU Commercial Property Administrator, you are responsible for:

  • Docusign for Commercial Lease
  • Commercial Rent Receipting
  • Arrears (Reporting, Auditing & Emailing Notices)
  • Process Bulk Expense Invoice
  • Process Income Invoice
  • Process Work Order
  • Maintenance Reporting (Auditing & Following Up Contractor)
  • Drafting & Finalizing Lease Agreement, Lease Proposal & Disclosure Statement
  • Processing Car Park Application (Any Concerns)
  • Lease & Management Agreement Audit
  • Coordination with Tenants via Bria (Arrears, concerns, car parks, queries)
  • Sending Notices to Tenants, Contractors, Owners
  • Data Entry and management(Cirrus8)
  • Coordination with PM Admin
  • Generate Reports via Cirrus8

Skills, abilities and attitudes required:

  • At least 1-2 years in accounting, preferably with AU Accounting experience
  • Proficient in using Xero & MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in general accounting tasks
  • Xero Certification is an advantage
