Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Role SummaryWe are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager who will play a key role in driving engagement and conversions through strategic email marketing, managing community interactions, and overseeing digital platforms. This role is essential in building the marketing initiatives of the company and ensuring alignment with broader business goals

Your Role

As a CRM & Digital Marketing Account Manager, you are responsible for: CRM Support Insiders Community Development

  • Email Marketing Campaigns
    • Manage and execute approximately 700 email campaigns per year targeting community members (insiders), delegates, and sponsors.
    • Develop, strategize, and plan email marketing initiatives to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing and communication strategies.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics and insights
    • Segment and export client lists for targeted email marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) to sponsor and delegate marketing communications, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
    • Generate reports to internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
    • CRM best practices
    • Ensure the content publishing and management of the insiders’ platform is active and work with the community team to drive engagement. Utilize the platform as an event app to publish content that assists with event information.
    • Monitor and provide timely, effective responses to engage and assist insiders, including helping them onboard to the platform.
    • Work with internal teams to address common issues and enhance the insiders’ platform experience.
    • Analyze and optimize the insiders' platform to enhance the community experience.
Website Management

  • Maintain The Inside Network and Capital Outcomes websites, ensuring they are up-to date and functional.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Provide reporting on website analytics to internal teams for management and client reporting on campaign performance.
  • Monitor website analytics (expertise with Google Analytics) and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of similar experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Squarespace, Web flow, WordPress), experience with CRM and data management (Salesforce), email engagement tools (Pardot, Mailchimp), community platforms (Circle), and website analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated success in website management, SEO, email marketing, social media management, and online community support.
  • Has a sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory
