Junior Sales Assistant (Remote)

BA Global Talent is seeking a skilled Junior Sales Assistant. In this role, you will join an innovative AI stock image company with a collection of images created by AI artists who are tired of boring, generic photos. As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will support the CEO and concentrate on B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire outreach flow, which includes profiling, qualifying, and leveraging the database developed in collaboration with marketing and AI.
• Pay close attention to detail and maintain high organizational skills, with a focus on B2B sales and outreach to potential clients using tact and strategy.
• Conduct product demonstrations as needed.
• Manage access to sensitive and confidential information to assist with sales.
• Offer general assistance to various departments, including marketing and sales.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar by scheduling meetings and other commitments.
• Handle emails and social media correspondence.
• Provide meeting support by taking detailed notes during meetings.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (SDR).
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
