Job description

Our Opportunity:


As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Operations—to drive consistent and effective sales processes. You will own the creation and curation of sales resources, ensuring our teams have the right tools and training to engage prospects and clients effectively. Ultimately, your work will enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, contributing directly to the company’s top-line growth.



What you'll do:


Design & Implementation of Sales Methodology


  • Assist with the development and implementation of a clear, scalable sales methodology that aligns with company goals
  • Ensure consistent application of best practices across the sales organization
  • Evaluate current sales processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization


Creation of Tools & Materials


  • Build, update, and manage comprehensive sales enablement collateral (e.g., playbooks, proposals, EBR decks, one-pagers, and training decks)
  • Organize and maintain a central knowledge base and learning management system (LMS) for easy access to all resources
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Product teams to develop relevant and timely sales content


Optimize Cross-Departmental Communication & Efficiency


  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment on messaging, product updates, and campaign strategies
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to drive efficiency and alignment on sales goals, strategies, and initiatives
  • Improve communication processes and workflows, reducing silos and bottlenecks


Ongoing Sales Training & Support


  • Conduct onboarding and training programs for new and existing sales team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market positioning
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of training initiatives, refining programs as needed to meet evolving needs


Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Define key metrics and KPIs to measure sales enablement success
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that offer insights into pipeline health, sales velocity, and training effectiveness
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular basis



What you'll need:


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles


Technical Skills


  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday/Asana/ClickUp)


Soft Skills & Competencies


  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
  • Creative thinker capable of developing new processes and materials to improve sales performance
