Responsibilities

Campaign is looking for a socially-driven, self-motivated, and experienced Partnership Manager to lead our Partnership Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to build, maintain, and grow relationships with funders to support social impact initiatives focused on health, environment, education, and equality. Potential funders include individuals, corporations, foundations, and NGOs with funding capabilities or connections to funding.

The Partnership Team plays a crucial role in generating revenue for the social campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with the Program, Corporate Affairs, and Product Development Teams to develop funding opportunities and ensure the successful execution of funded projects.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in sales, partnerships, or sponsorship, preferably within the social impact sector. They should be highly skilled in relationship management, networking, and strategic communication. A creative approach to developing and pitching funding proposals, coupled with the ability to align funder priorities with Campaign’s mission, is crucial. This role will lead the end-to-end partnership process, from partnership development and business development to account management, and will contribute strategically to achieving revenue targets and overall partnership success.

What You'll Do

  • Partnership Development: Identify, research, and qualify potential funders (corporations, foundations, NGOs, and individuals) aligned with Campaign’s mission and funding priorities.
  • Business Development: Develop and pitch customized funding proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition for each funder, aligning their social impact goals with Campaign’s programs. Actively work towards securing funding for proposals.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing funders through regular communication, reporting, and engagement activities. Deliver timely reports for all ongoing projects, ensuring funders receive updates at critical milestones.
  • Networking & Opportunity Expansion: Proactively participate in networking events and implement a follow-up strategy to nurture relationships with new contacts. Identify and explore new funding avenues and partnership opportunities.
  • Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of overall partnership strategies and goals. Analyze market trends and identify new funding opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaboration: Oversee and facilitate cross-functional coordination with the Program, Corporate Affairs, Product Development, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless collaboration on proposal development, project implementation, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in sales/partnerships/sponsorship, with at least 2 years preferably within the social impact sector.
  • Grant management experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for and active involvement in the social sector, with a verifiable track record in charity or volunteer work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in a client management role.
  • Strong creative, critical, and logical thinking skills, along with strong management skills.
