Job Description

As the Integration Lead specializing in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting cutting-edge SAP integration solutions, with a focus on SuccessFactors and HRMS systems. You will collaborate with industry-leading architects and global clients to deliver innovative integration solutions while leveraging the latest SAP technologies.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role will not have direct reports at this time.

Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000. However, compensation below or above that range may be offered depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support SAP integration solutions, including SuccessFactors integrations with various systems.
Collaborate with architects to deliver integration iFlows for global clients.
Utilize SAP tools such as BIB, Integration Center, and other SAP Cloud Platform technologies.
Mentor and guide junior integration consultants, fostering their professional growth.
Partner with SAP and industry leaders to define and solve complex integration challenges.
Conduct requirements research and develop proof-of-concept ideas to address client needs.
Manage multiple integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience with at least 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors integrations using SAP CPI or equivalent tools.
Strong expertise in object-oriented development and troubleshooting complex integration issues.
Proficiency in programming languages such as **Java**, **Groovy**, and **JavaScript**.
Solid foundation in SAP CPI and Boomi, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A proactive approach, strong sense of urgency, and focus on delivering results.

Education and Experience:

Certification in SAP Integration (CPI or equivalent) is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, preferred
Knowledge or experience with SAP Cloud Platform is a plus.
6-8 years in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations is preferred

This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer.
