Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Execution:
Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing various packaging optimization projects
Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful completion
Oversee logistics and implementation efforts across teams
Stakeholder Communication and Support:
Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear communication
Document important actions and decisions from meetings and follow up on key action items
Serve as a liaison between project teams, leadership, and external partners
Administrative and Reporting Support:
Provide administrative support for the program, including documentation and scheduling
Maintain project records, update tracking systems, and ensure visibility of project status
Generate reports and provide recommendations on cost savings and efficiency improvements
Task Coordination and Problem-Solving:
Coordinate tasks across multiple projects, ensuring resources are aligned appropriately
Identify bottlenecks work with teams to resolve issues proactively
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field preferred
Experience:
1-4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, procurement, supply chain, project management, or operations management
Experience working in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders
Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as, a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, utilization bonus, 401k, flexible time off for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
