WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?


We are seeking a Braze Lifecycle Manager Consultant (Braze) to design, implement, and optimize customer engagement strategies using Braze. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation, and data-driven decision-making to drive customer retention and growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Work with stakeholders to define customer segmentation strategies.
  • Configure Braze's features, including Canvas, segmentation, personalization, and triggered messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate Braze with internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and best practices in customer communication.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing lifecycle marketing campaigns using Braze.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with Braze Canvas, API integrations, and Liquid scripting.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, or other technical skills is a plus.
