Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Director of Customer Experience and has direct reporting responsibility for a Supervisor, a Lead, and Residential Project Managers.

Job Summary

This is an advanced, experienced, highly detailed leadership role that manages a team of Residential employees who are managing customer focused projects end to end - from quoting through delivery. This role provides the leadership and mentoring required to ensure that the team utilizes exceptional project management, account management, and relationship building skills to grow the residential services business.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Receive and manage end-to-end customer order requests for managed site services products for residential customers.
  • Continually seek opportunities to build out and expand our offerings with current or potential customers
  • Effectively manage and resolve complex and/or escalated customer complaints
  • Provide the day-to-day leadership and direction for the residential services department to ensure the attainment of tactical and strategic objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with peers and other leaders to ensure the residential services department leverages available resources and contributes to the overall success of the business
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Residential Services professionals
  • Lead or facilitate projects that impact the department and LDR's overall success
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in waste management, construction or a related industry
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of remote-based managed services professionals
  • Experience working with residential customers who may be complex/challenging in nature and are critical to the organization obtaining its growth objectives
  • Experience in selecting, motivating and training employees
  • Experience in a customer facing remote environment with the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, by computer, video, email and social media with high attention to detail
  • Strong Technical/computer aptitude and familiar with using Salesforce.com or similar CRM including the utilization of multi-screen systems to organize and maximize efforts
  • Possess urgency with an out-of-the-box problem solving mentality
  • Skilled in developing customer and vendor relationships while maintaining the ability to effectively negotiate and/or profitably grow the business
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, afternoons, evening shifts, and overtime

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Salary: $110000 per year
