Job description

Location: Preferably Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Albany, NY, Buffalo NY but will accept a strong candidate to be remote in EST/CST working EST hours

Job Summary:

Our banking client is migrating from a 30-year-old homegrown system to SailPoint. Before this transition, audits on the legacy system must be completed. The consumer lending technology team is fielding requests from another group within the SailPoint program, but without structured oversight. This role will serve as a Project Manager managing the workflow, ensuring access reviews on dozens of applications are completed accurately and efficiently. Essentially, acting as a liaison between the two departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between departments to oversee and coordinate high-volume access control reviews of legacy applications.
Ensure application owners provide correct data for regulatory compliance
Track, escalate, and report on review status to leadership

Required Skills:

Project Manager with very strong workflow coordination expertise across teams and departments
IAM experience including knowledge of concepts and access review lifecycle in a regulated banking environment (consumer lending preferred)
Proficiency in Excel-based workflow management for tracking and escalation
Excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and ability to “herd the cats”
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risks and dependencies
