Job Description:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Scrum Master to join our banking client’s Commercial Banking Security & Integration Team, supporting various integration projects from a security perspective. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multiple complex activities at one time, ensuring Agile best practices, and fostering effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Manage Jira and Confluence workflows, tracking, and reporting
Oversee backlog health and work intake and collaborate with product owners on prioritization
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint
Identify and remove obstacles while fostering a high-performing Agile environment

Must-Have Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple complex activities at one time
Strong background in banking (commercial banking is a major plus)
Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:

Commercial banking experience
Exposure to security and integration projects
