We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster with expertise in commercial auto claims to join our TPA client’s team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned claims professional.

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000/year

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in general liability claims handling, with significant exposure to commercial auto claims.
Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage analysis, and claims investigation techniques.
Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained.

Job Responsibilities

Handle a caseload of general liability and commercial auto claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Investigate claims thoroughly by gathering relevant information, including accident reports, witness statements, and evidence.
Analyze coverage and determine liability under applicable policies and regulations.
Collaborate with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders to achieve fair settlements.
Coordinate with appraisers, repair facilities, and medical professionals for accurate evaluation of damages.
