QA Specialist

The home care industry is rapidly growing in the US, driven by an aging population and increasing healthcare challenges. To address this, we are developing a suite of healthcare systems and apps for healthcare professionals, administrators, and patients. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of these systems and apps is top-notch!

We are currently in the post-MVP stage of product development and are looking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist with great attention to detail, a passion for analytical work, and a strong motivation to learn and grow alongside our product.

As QA Specialist - you will:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate software functionality
• Analyze software requirements and design specifications to develop test cases
• Support product development team by tracking, documenting and reporting quality levels
• Own and maintain procedures for capture, investigation and documentation of product issues and bugs
• Test and audit the software before release

We expect you to have:

• At least 2 years experience with testing software
• Good knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
• Good understanding of automated testing techniques and willingness to develop automation skills further
• Very good English
• University degree

Salary

Gross salary FROM 3,000 EUR based on skills and experience.

Work from anywhere - see you online. We have offices in old-town Vilnius when you need or feel like coming in.
