Senior Billing Specialist

OVERVIEW

EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Senior Billing Specialist. This role will be responsible for all activities in the accounts receivable function, collections, invoicing, credit memos/customer refunds, and maintaining communication with the sales team and operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage invoicing and collection activities.
• Handle queries of Billing for both external and internal customers.
• Ensures accurate receivable records and verifies outstanding account balances.
• Process credit card payments and refunds in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation of all Accounts Receivable reconciliations during month end close.
• Creates financial reports relating to account receivable function and status of accounts.
• Audits methods and procedures of accounts receivable function to improve efficiency.
• Journal entries and month-end close.
• Drive process improvements in accounts receivables, cash applications, credit management, and collections.
• Support audit and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years’ experience in billing
• .Strong Excel (MS Office) skills.
• Solid accounting software (billing) experience, NetSuite preferred.
• Team player with strong customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Commercial sector experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
