•Customized and comprehensive employee care management programs
•Full-service, integrated third party benefits administration (including medical/dental administration, stop loss, and FSA and COBRA administration)
•A large network of providers across the Carolinas and Virginia, as well as partnerships with national networks
The Network Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Network Management department including the Vice President, Director, Managers, and staff.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete OAI’s from hospital and physician reps within 2 business days.
Complete physician contract call-backs within 5 business days.
Close out CS inquiries within 5 business days.
Assign CS inquiries daily.
Maintain and manage web requests from providers.
Gatekeeper for e-mail groups and responsible for getting to appropriate internal Network Management area.
Logging shell of provider in MedNet or operating system for processing.
Initiate recruit contact with non-participating, physician practices, POs, or other ancillary or ambulatory providers.
Review coverage & evaluation for recruitment of providers.
Shared responsibilities within department as personnel constraints demand.
Complete mass mailings as needed or special projects for physician and hospital Network Contract Negotiators.
Route agreements and applications appropriately to Filing, Credentialing, or Network Contract Negotiators.
Copying and distribution of Network Reimbursement monthly reports.
Special assignments for Network Management Leadership Team.
Enter and update complete applicable provider credentialing information into the system from application.
Establish work protocols that allow for individual and department performance measures to be met in the areas of production, turnaround time, and quality to be met.
Assist in facilitating receipt of information to allow for re-credentialing of providers and facilities every 3 years.
Review and log requests to add providers to the network that come from management & web requests.
Order supplies for the department.
Check requests for the department.
Coordinates file room management of file including deliveries and returns from off-site storage.
Attend meetings requested by Leadership and take minutes.
Responsible for keeping up with electronic files for filing in our System Entry file room.
Ability to work remotely but come into office as required/needed.
